Coachella is one of the world’s most iconic music and arts festivals, drawing over 250,000 attendees across two weekends. We partnered with organizers and sponsors to deliver unforgettable experiences through end-to-end planning, multi-stage production, and artist management for global headliners and rising talent. Our team handled site design, infrastructure, vendor coordination, brand activations, safety, and sustainability, while integrating sponsorships, influencer marketing, and precise budget management to create a seamless, high-impact festival.
We are supporting the U.S. Marine Corps’ 250th Anniversary with a comprehensive campaign that blends creative design, media strategy, and on-the-ground execution. Our team is producing visually compelling media kits, billboards, posters, signage, and geo-targeted pop-up ads, along with a survey interface to capture real-time public feedback. Event logistics include coordinating branded visuals, wayfinding signage, and activations to elevate the attendee experience across multiple venues. The campaign integrates earned media through national and regional press coverage, paid media via digital and social advertising, and community engagement tools, all supported by real-time analytics to measure reach, participation, and public sentiment.
In 2023, the City of Atlanta, which established the nation’s first Agriculture Department and food forest, organized three citywide tours of farms and community gardens. These tours aimed to raise awareness of local food sources and strengthen connections between residents and urban growers. The initiative concluded with a farm-to-table street festival alongside the annual AgLanta Eats Festival.
